When competition is limited, mediocre solutions can remain in place for a long time. People find workarounds, do the work by hand and get used to “that’s just how it works”. Elsewhere there are needs no one has really taken on, even when there are many alternatives.
That makes us curious. What do people spend too much time on? What frustrates them in everyday life? And what do they wish were simpler?
We like asking those questions and listening to the people who live with the problems. Sometimes the opportunity is to improve something that already exists. Other times we have to start somewhere else entirely.
We are open to both, in any industry.

Look at the solutions, the competition and what is missing. Where can new technology create more value?

What could this become?
Give the idea shape. Explore how it could work, who it could help and which business model could carry it.
Technology is the tool. People are the point.
Can new technology make it easier for people to help people? That question sits under everything we explore — from learning to smart homes and better energy use.
